User Agreement

By accessing or utilizing the services provided through jetcasinos.ca, the user acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. This agreement shall constitute a legally binding contract between the user and Jet Casino, operating under license OGL/2024/169/0146 from our registered office at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms. Should any provision be deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full effect.

Platform Usage

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the platform for lawful gaming activities only. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: unauthorized access attempts, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or any conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations. Users must be of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction and comply with all local laws. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these usage terms without prior notice or compensation.

IP Rights

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary software contained within the platform, remain the exclusive property of Jet Casino and its licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any proprietary content without express written authorization. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action and monetary damages. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to users regarding platform content, software, or related materials.

Users retain ownership of original content submitted to the platform while granting Jet Casino a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for operational purposes. Users warrant that submitted content does not infringe upon third-party rights and complies with applicable laws. The platform reserves the right to remove content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or violative of these terms. Users acknowledge that content may be monitored for compliance and security purposes without prior notification.

Limitation Notice

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Jet Casino disclaims all warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or accuracy of information. Users acknowledge that gaming involves inherent risks and that outcomes are determined by random number generation. The platform shall not be liable for technical failures, connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions.

Damage Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jet Casino's total liability for any claims arising from or related to platform usage shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the preceding twelve months. The platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jet Casino from any third-party claims resulting from their platform usage or violations of these terms.

Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement or platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao. Users consent to personal jurisdiction in Curaçao and waive any objections to venue or inconvenient forum. If litigation occurs in other jurisdictions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred in enforcement proceedings.
